Utilitarian Ethics and the Problem of Economic Development

Apprendimento in termini di conoscenza
The aim of this course is the study of the way in which the utilitarian philosophy assesses the problem of Economic Development. It focuses on the works of the major contemporary utiltiarian philosopher, Peter Singer, who has devoted his last works to the problem of poverty.
